Title : A new theory of proactive health for the CVS ~The hypothesis of the disease of sympathetic overdrive

Proactive health represents the future and direction for the comprehensive prevention of many diseases of CVS~ therefore a new theory to guide basic research and clinical practice required.

The sympathetic nervous system distributes on the heart and vascular system widely and a numerous studies have confirmed that its overdrive can lead to many disorders of CVS, and related multisystem disorders. The hypothesis of the Disease of Sympathetic Overdrive (DSO) theoretically posits sympathetic overdrive as the fundamental pathophysiological mechanism of the distinctive disease. The hypothesis of DSO provides a unified theory for understanding many cardiovascular disorders and related multisystem conditions by forming a pattern of a network disease of DSO and summarizing the risk factors of DSO.

Conclusion: The hypothesis of DSO may offer a new perspect and strategy of proactive health management on disorders of CVS caused by sympathetic overdrive.
