The potential role of gene therapy in human DNA modifications preferable to natural traditional nobel drugs discovery (case study of man-made artificial suppressive vaccine productions and their human limitations)

Abstract:

Purpose: Gene therapy involves modifying the genetic material of living cells to treat a disease, typically a genetic disorder, by correcting or replacing a faulty gene. This is a highly advanced biomedical field that uses engineered viral vectors (like adeno-associated viruses) or synthetic non-viral methods (like lipid nanoparticles) to deliver the genetic material. Nowadays techniques have been developed to producing recombinant therapeutic synthetics or biochemicals such as insulin, interferon, somatotropin, somatostatin, endorphin, human blood clotting factor VIII, C, Immunogenic proteins Vaccine, etc., respectively.  For lo several companies might have had been earmarked or spotted for producing these   synthetics by products as man-made advance technology so as to solving the lingering problem of the masses. Thus, these synthetics or biochemicals    which must have had been manipulated through human effort are readily available and there by ravaging human live to his/her early grave.  These companies are like those of Eberstadts&Co(NewYork), E. Lilly(USA), National Pituitary Agency (USA), Kabi Vitrum AB(Sweden), Gene-tech Co (USA), Biogen (Switzerland) Hybritect (USA) Astra Research Centre(India), China etc., respectively are being manipulated to producing synthetic products in pilot scaling. For this reason, the artificial man- made suppressive vaccine are always readily available at high cost so as to exploiting   the mases to   dunghills.  

Aim: Exploring natural components in vaccine delivery systems could be a potential candidate to enhance immune responses and also possess no risks of unintended immunogenicity or toxicity. However, delivering vaccines to the target site is not so challenging due to its stability and shelf-life issues as naturally design by Almighty God/Jesus Christ glorified. For lo aftermath of ingesting the novel Nigeria polyherbal supplement cure for the better, and for many own good Healthwise care. If humanity could have had been perpetually living a transparence life how could opportunistic pathogenic free radical might have had gotten into the host bodies as foreigner for   invading and destroying human organelles to rubbish? 

Method: Repurposing of selection, characterization of bacteria through traditional means, phytochemical, bio-compounds and fermentation methods base for multipurpose drugs discovery through natural gene therapy (divine poly herbal supplement cure vaccine/drugs). Thus, these approaches and techniques is essential to provides a better lead or otherwise. 

Results: The results of the divine poly herbal supplements cure vaccines/ drugs processed from, Plant leaves, seed, and fruit gave an excellent antioxidant, bioactive compound, vitamin, and mineral aroma of eradicating various kinds of infection like those of tumors, cancers, hepatitis, prostate gland, diabetes etc., respectively.  On the contrary, the beneficial microbial metabolites (both primary and secondary metabolic) enzyme using Bacillus sp, klebsiella sp and Pseudomonas sp at pH 7-8 which   must have had been   perpetually exhibited the attitude of   utilizing   Alpha amylases, Beta amylases and protease   as potential candidates for drug discovery/vaccine by divine poly herbal supplement cure for the better. While others like those of E. coli, Salmonella sp, Streptococcus sp, Staphylococcus sp which might have has habituated their growth at weak acid (pH6.8-7.2) harbored the growth of viruses or carrier of viral infection. For lo the viruses killed the bacteria or encourages their   multiplication by (Bacteriophage) action.

Conclusion: The key findings of this study was the use of divine poly herbal supplement cure for the prevention or cure (vitamins, and minerals), antioxidant and bioactive compounds to treatment (anti-viral, antibiotic and antimicrobial) of perceived all kinds of illnesses by the heathen with mainly tertiary education and community.  Despite the high ignorant and risk associated with man-made artificial suppressive vaccine a by-products of gene therapy. One suggests that medication outlets, media and community should be engaged to support the rational use of divine fermented poly herbal medication for the betterment of humans lives.

Biography:

Dr. Silas David Emmanuel is an Environmental Bio-Microbiologist specializing in Bioremediation and Agricultural Bio-Microbiology. He obtained his doctorate through his research discovery titled “Quality Assetability of Rhizobium Species from Organic Base Biofertilizer Production Using Multiple Organic Waste as Carrier Base in Readiness for Commercialization.” His research work has been recognized by Academia.edu and documented by BP International as a book chapter in Research Advances and Challenges in Agricultural Sciences, Vol. 5, conducted at the National Research Institute for Chemical Technology (NARICT), Basawa Zaria. Another study titled “Accessibility of Ureolytic Strains of Bacteria for Production of Urease Organic Base Biofertilizer” was published in the International Journal of Recent Scientific Research (2020) and later documented by BP International as a potential book chapter.

Dr. Emmanuel has worked with the National Research Institute for Chemical Technology (NARICT), Zaria, serving as an Assistant Chief Research Officer since 2016, and has also been associated with the Nigerian Institute of Leather and Science Technology (NILEST), Zaria. In 2026, he was appointed Director of Research at Kaduna Polytechnic (Kad-Poly). He has authored about 63 research articles and contributed to more than 40 books and book chapters. He was also appointed Project Associate at the World Food Programme (WFP), Abuja, on 3 November 2025. In recognition of his research contributions, he received an award supported by the United Nations with a grant of 1 million USD.
